Who We Are

AACE International, Greater Cairo section, is one of AACE International's 90 sections in 100 countries in the world. The Greater Cairo section aims to continue AACE International’s contribution to the total cost management profession since its establishment in 1976 by becoming a hub and beacon of knowledge for professionals in the various total cost management disciplines such as: cost engineering, cost estimating, planning and scheduling, decision and risk management, project management, project control, cost/schedule control, earned value management, claims, and more.

What Does "AACE" Stand For?

The legal name since 1992 is AACE International. In 1956 the organization was established as the American Association of Cost Engineers. While you may have seen that “AACE” stands for the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering, this is only a statement that encompasses the work of the Association, not a legal name
